
It is very difficult to comprehend that more and more people are leaving their homelands in order to pursue a fruitful life in
foreign countries. True there are countries that are by far more industrialized than others. Of course, we can not blame impoverished or deprived people to search for a fine living.
This idea came to me when I learned of the crisis being faced by Scotland. I had been there a couple of times. Contrary to my perception that it is a scarcely habited country, Scotland now has to endure the large increase of immigrants in its territories. Of course, as a foreigner, I did not notice that the immigrants resemble Scots because they also come from
great European countries.
However, what is alarming about this situation is the fact that native Scots are being deprived of the many
employment opportunities all because the foreigner have already occupied the vacancies. I look at the scenario as an advantageous economic growth for Scotland, since this only proves that their country appeals to business men. However, I also can not help but pity the people who supposed to be benefiting and working for their native land.
