Twelve years ago, the Citizenship and Immigration of Canada was founded. It got its inspiration from the success of the
immigration programs of the Canadian government for almost one hundred twenty five years. For so long a time, it continuously admits students, tourists, workers – permanent or temporary, and immigrants in order to establish a strong Canadian economy and society.
The
reputation of Canada in helping refugees and in the sturdy protection of the laws and rights, and also the health of its citizens has never failed over the years. Its fairness and strict, but humane implementation of immigration law attract foreigners to apply for permanent residence in Canada. But, some immigrants found it easier if they enter Canada as workers.
The government only requires the workers medical examinations regardless of the length of their stay in the country. Most of the occupations that need such examination are related with agriculture, care-giving, and teaching. So there are plenty of fields to choose from, and enough positions open for worker-immigrants. Apart from securing the
health and safety of the foreigners, the government is also giving its immigrants the equal opportunities it provides for its native citizens.
