Immigration fraud is classified into three. First is called
benefit fraud. This happens if the person alters the information about him, thus creating a new personality which does not really exist in order to work in a particular country. There is also a case wherein the person manufactures documents. This is known as identity fraud. The last classification is asylum fraud, wherein the person pretends to be a victim of
human rights violation in his country and is looking for a place to stay. These are often used by aliens in a country in order to get employment, benefits given by the government or to escape from their country.
