Quest to Tighten US Immigration Laws

General Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, gave an emotional testimony about the importance of immigrants in the US Armed Forces during the Senate hearing held in Miami. According to him, immigrants are reliable, courageous, and they bring diversity especially in the current environment, where cultural awareness and language skills are so important. The said hearing was due to discuss the bills to tighten immigration laws.

We should really tighten our immigration laws. At least, everything will be put into proper perspective. An immigrant will be given the chance to live legally here.
