Guess who's back?! Yes, it looks President George Bush is back in the limelight again after a
very long vacation. But this time, Dubya is not going to hunt Osama Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein. He will not talk of terrorism, rather he will speak about the immigration laws of US. As you can see, he is adopting a tougher line in the contentious argument on overhauling US immigration laws. He said he will emphasize border control and stricter enforcement measures.
According to the news, the new approach was evident as Bush made an appearance Wednesday at a coffee shop in
Alexandria, Virginia, touting enforcement measures meant to catch illegal immigrants when they try to apply for work. He said that part of a comprehensive immigration plan is to give employers the necessary tools to determine whether or not the workers they're looking for are here legally in America. He also added that part of a comprehensive immigration plan is to make sure that the government uphold their laws and inform the employers that it's against the law to hire somebody here illegally. Bush also spoke about the significance of making it easier for employers to legally hire foreign-born workers.
